Running Fox Run Farm requires lots of time and energy, especially from our horses! They do most of the work. Teaching people how to ride is a big job. Matching the right horse with the right rider is our specialty. Each horse has their own unique personality. Some of our horses are sweet and shy while others are full of playful energy. When deciding which horse to mount our riders on, we first like to get know our students and their level of experience. Next we pair them with a horse that will safely complement their personality and skill.

Bentley is a seasoned lesson horse whose specialty is dressage! His sweet temper and willingness to do anything makes him a valuable asset to the barn. You need a strong leg and soft hand to get the best ride out of this thoroughbred.
Sugar Pie Honey Bunch really lives up to her name. She is the ALL TIME favorite of the riders both young and old. She is calm gentle and willing to give you her all.
Prissy is a gorgeous black Tennessee Walker who loves to go fast! She jumps, goes on trail rides, and loves little girls who like to groom. She hates to just hang around. Having an active confident rider makes her day!
Puff Daddy is a fancy welsh pony with tons of experience teaching younger kids the art of horsemanship. With his willing attitude and easygoing personality, everyone who rides him falls in love. If you want to show, trail ride, jump, or just love on him, Puff is your pony!!
Blue James Blue is our grey 7 year old out of the famous pony stallion named Blue Rain. He has a laid back attitude and rocking chair canter for anyone who likes to ride young ones. He also likes to nuzzle people and eat treats. James is currently being leased in barn by Eleanor!

Baby Blue is the half brother to Blue James Blue. His chestnut coloring and white blaze make for a beautiful pony. He is eager to please and willing to learn with a “can do” personality.
No Regret is 16 1 hand black TB who is super over the jumps and extremely honest! Great lesson horse but not particularly affectionate . He will take the rider to the next level.
Code Blue is a 4 year old Blue Rain medium sport pony. Cody has started over jumps and is doing great over the crossrails and 18” fences. He is a very fast learner and is super sweet!
Buttercup is our oldest horse in years but our youngest at heart! She loves to teach riders to sit the canter and she loves her little girls!
Jackie O’Blue is our newest edition was born April 28th 2010 at 4:45 am. She is a darling girl (filly) with a friendly personality. She loves kids and treats! Soon she will lose her brown baby hair and be mostly gray before turning all gray (white) like her mother.
Blue Grace (Gracie) is a 6 year old sorrel mare with a gorgeous flaxen mane and tail. She is the half sister of Blue James Blue and Baby Blue. Her sweet nature will steal your heart! She loves to be groomed and will be jumping and showing alongside her brothers this spring.
Carmel is a sweety and loves attention and riders!! Her family is delighted with her and is happy to share her for some lessons.
Leo is a beautiful sorrel TB with a sweet and kind personality! He looks great in show ring and knows how to pull the Blues. His owner is very proud to call him hers!
Griffin is really great horse for all levels of rider! He is a Connemara X Thoroughbred cross with a jumpers heart! If you like to jump high and big, Griffin is your guy!
Chantilly is the perfect horse!!! She loves people and is a cadillac ride. Her owner is very proud!
Kahil is a purebred arabian who has the honored position of being head of the herd in age and wisdom. Privately owned.
Something Pretty is awesome and just needs a small ,confident rider! She is very willing and will jump anything!
